The bill (Reg. No. 1542) suggests specifying the notion of “state aviation” by referring to it legal persons engaged in elaboration, production, repairs and utilization, etc. of state aircraft, as well as its constituent elements. The document suggests also specifying the notion of “state aircraft” and determining the notion of “subject of state aviation.”
The respective amendments are to be made to the Air Code.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will allow apply the mechanism regulating activity of state aviation of Ukraine to legal persons engaged in elaboration, production, repairs, modernization, storage, demilitarization and utilization, etc. of state aircraft, as well as its constituent elements.
